Our current agreement with the landowner also appears to lack the <br />reclamation assurance language that may be necessary. <br />You requested additional time of 30 days to discuss this issue with your attorney and develop a <br />suitable solution. A minimwn of 30 days may he required if we have to revise or amend our <br />agreement with the landowner, or discuss formal process solutions with our legal counsel.
