Based on on-going work to document and <br />analyze conditions on the site, additional time is necessary to allow for submittal and <br />processing of adequacy documents- <br />Pursuant to Rule 1.4.1(9), the applicant in the present case requests extension of the <br />decision date to January 9, 20D6. 7'he applicant hereby waives its right to a decision until <br />the referenced date.
