,"r: s. <br />I <br />~~ <br />a' <br />VOLUME Il, TAB E <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />Permit No. CO-0038342 <br />County: Garfield <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control.4ct, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as <br />amended) and the Federal Water Pollution Control.4ct, as amended (33 U.S.C, 1251 et seq.; the "Act") <br />Central Appalachia Mining, LLC <br />is authorized to discharge from the McClave Canyon Mine located in the SW 1/4, Section 21, T7S, R102W; <br />latitude 39° 26' 10", longitude 108° 46' 10' ; at 3148 Hwy 139; to unnamed tributaries to East Salt Creek in <br />accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I and II <br />hereof. All dischazges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of ~z final pzmut <br />detemunation, per the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, 61.7(1).
