AR previous versions of this permit are canceled upon issuance of this permit. <br />2. Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) opacity during norrr~l operetion of the <br />source. During periods of startup, process modification, or atljustment of control equipment <br />visible emissions shah not exceed 30°1° opaaty for more than sbr minutes in any sixty consecutive <br />minutes. Opadty shall be measured by EPA Method 9. (Reference: Regulation 1, Section <br />II.A.1.& 4.) <br />3. This source shalt be limited to a maximum production rate as fisted bebw and aB other activities, <br />operational rates and numbers of equipment as stated in the application. Annual records of the <br />actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made availatNe to the Division for <br />inspection upon request (Reference: Regulation 3, Part 6, III.A.4) <br />Production of coal shall not exceed 1,200,000 tons per year. <br />4.
