,~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~, <br />• K n~ O L U T 1~N <br />/ , <br />I WIIfkIiAS, at a regular meeting of tltc Board of County <br />Co~amissioncrs of Routt County, State of Colorado, held on <br />~ February 18, 1975, at the Routt County Courtl~ousc, Steamboat <br />Springs, Colorado, a luaring was held on the petition for a <br />Special Use Permit filed by Colorado-Ute Electric Association; <br />and <br />• ~ WHEREAS, the necessary data has been submitted and <br />• ~ ~ - <br /> a <br />-~~ <br /> <br /> <br />~•. <br />fees paid; and <br />WFIEREAS, the Routt County Planning Commission has <br />reviewed its report and has submitted its advisory opinion to <br />the Board; and <br />{VHGREAS, notice fur such hearing has been published <br />as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied <br />the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations <br />of the Routt County Planning Commission, and having been fully <br />informed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, that the petition be granted and a Special Use <br />Permit for an electrical transmission line in excess of G9 KV <br />be granted 'upon the following conditions: <br />1. That said lines do not penetrate the 34:1 approach <br />on Runway 26 at the Yampa Valley Airport when that runway is <br />extended eastward 3,000 feet in two 1,500 foot intervals, <br />2. The FAA has reviewed and approved the location of <br />the lines relative to F.A.R. Part 77; <br />3.
