The proposed mine is known as the Line Camp Pit and is <br />located in Sections 22 and 27, Township 38 North, Range 14 West, New Mexico (10"') <br />P.M., Montezuma County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is April 11'h, 2001, and the proposed date of <br />completion is September 30th, 2006. The proposed future Use of the land is <br />pastureland and developed water resource. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567, or at the Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder's Office; Montezuma <br />County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, Colorado 81321, or the above-named <br />applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above-named County <br />Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be <br />received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 PM on //DATE//'. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R. S. 3432.5-101, et. sea.
