Applicant has already moved in concrete <br />barricade type units to obscure operations. <br />g) Applicant will run the operation from a generator. <br />h) No fuel or other contaminates at the site. <br />i) No junk at the site <br />Rationale. These guidelines were suggested to Objectors by Mr. Jack Allen, Applicant's <br />president. <br />CONCLUSION <br />The terms and conditions requested by the Objectors above are based upon the Construction <br />Materials Rules, Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials, the <br />Board Rules, the recommendations and rationale of the Division, and the statements and <br />commitments of the Applicant itself.
