For information, please call his office. <br />The applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations <br />or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the app ication for <br />public inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the propos d mine is <br />situated. It is the Board's understanding that the Act intends fo the <br />application to be made available for public review and comment in n area <br />close to the mine. It is not intended that it be made a part of p blic record <br />by recording. <br />The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider this application on <br />May 22-23 1985.
