Thomas by The <br />• Colorado Realty Holding Company, by <br />deed dated November 15, 1930, and <br />described as follows: Beginning at the <br />center of section nineteen (19), Township <br />twenty-nine (29) South, Range sixty-five <br />(65) West, said point being the northeast <br />corner of the folloxing described tract: <br />thence south 0° 28' east, along the north <br />and south center line of said section 19, <br />676.08 feet, more or less, to a point on the <br />easterly right of way line of The Denver and <br />Rio Grande Western Railroad Main Line to <br />Rouse, thence northwesterly along said right <br />of way line for 714.4 feet, more or less, to <br />the intersection of the right of way line with <br />the east and west center line of said section; <br />thence north 84° 35' 30" east for 237.04 feet, <br />more or less, to the point of beginning, containing <br />in all 2.63 acres; less also a right of way <br />100 feet in width deeded to The Denver and Rio <br />Grande Railroad Company by A.M.
