disclosing the surface workings and features of
the demised premises. In the event said maps or
blueprints are not so furnished, CFSI may at its
option have surveys and maps made of Ravenwood's
workings in the demised premises and Ravenwood
agrees to reimburse CFSI for all expense in
connection therewith. Ravenwood further agrees to
give to CFSI copies of all Federal and State
inspection reports pertaining to its operations on
the premises herein demised.
10. CONFORMANCE TO LAWS
• a) Ravenwood-agrees to abide by and conform to
the laws of the State of Colorado and of the
United States, and any valid rules or regula-
tions of any legally constituted body having
jurisdiction over the demised premises whether
now in force'or hereinafter enacted pertaining
to the operations of coal mines or in any way
affecting this lease.
b) Ravenwood further agrees to furnish to CFSI,
before starting the mining of coal under this
lease, satisfactory evidence that said Raven-
wood has been granted the necessary license or
licenses, required under the mining laws of
the State of Colorado or of any other compe- p.,.._ ~
tent jurisdiction and thereafter to furnish on
or before the first day of each calendar year
and subsequently when necessary, to CFSI,
satisfactory proof that such license- or
licenses 'have been issued.
