LIABILITY <br />Ravenwood agrees to assume the risk of all injur- <br />ies, including death resulting therefrom, to all <br />persons, including Lessee, its employees or any <br />member of the public, and damage to and destruc- <br />tion of property by whomsoever owned, including <br /> <br />loss of use thereof and any other indirect or <br />consequential damages, resulting directly or indi- <br />rectly, wholly or in part, from the prosecution or <br />omission of ariy work or obligation undertaken or <br />required by this lease, unless caused by the neg- <br />ligent acts or omissions of CFI, its employees, <br />servants, agents or zepresentatives, and to in- <br />demnify and save harmless CF6I, its subsidiary <br />or associated companies and their agents, servants <br />and employees, from and against any and all lia- <br />I~ <br />bility-cost or expense arising therefrom, includ- <br />ing all expenses, legal or otherwise, incurred by <br />them in the investigation, defense and settlement <br />of any claim or suit.
