WATER INFORMATION EXHIBIT G <br /> [Rules&Regs§6.4.71 <br /> CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL PERMIT N2 M 2001........... <br /> REGULAR 112 OPERATION <br /> WEIMER ONE GRAVEL" <br /> January 2001 <br /> [1] No current ground nor surface water resources shall be encountered in the proposed action. <br /> [2] Any surface storm water discharge shall be controlled at the discharge point by filtration <br /> dikes per the Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) required by certification to the statewide <br /> General Storm Water Discharge Permit for Sand & Gravel Pit Operations, currently under <br /> application [5]. The majority of site storm water runoff shall drain intemally into the excavation. <br /> Runoff outfall at the northeast comer of the site shall be temporarily controlled by filtration dikes of <br /> silt fence or straw bale dikes. Runoff from the earth disposal embankment shall be temporarily <br /> controlled by silt fence filtration dams. Revegetation shall eventually control all storm water runoff <br /> [3] & [4] Approximately 10,000 gallons per day shall be used during extraction and crushing <br /> operations for dust abatement on the haul road and conveyor transfer points. The source for this <br /> water shall be from off-site water rights in the Nucla, CO vicinity. <br /> No injury to Colorado water rights is anticipated. <br /> No acid,toxic, nor waste products shall be involved in the proposed action. <br /> O <br /> 21 <br />
