Lacs :?. B. 1060; and <br />iJEIERE?.S, for the purposes of issuing this permit, the operator has made a <br />sacisfaceory showing to the Board that he will employ during and after his <br />open mining operations procedures reasonably designed to minit:ize <br />as such as practicable the disruption from the open mining onerac'_ons <br />and will provide for the rehabilitation of the affected Land chrouga the rehabilitation <br />of plant cover, soil stability, avatar resources, and other measures appropriate to the <br />subsequent beneficial use of such mined and reclaiaed lands; and that in tae e•reat <br />of the failure of his proposed reclamation plan, he a-ill take •ahaee•rer measures %hica <br />may be necessary in order to assure the success of reclamation of the lands affected <br />b;~ his open mining operations; and, <br />!vTIERE.~.S, for the purposes of issuing this Hermit, a cony of tae application <br />approved by the Wined Land Reclamation Board of the State of Colorado is attacaed <br />to this permit and thereby becomes a part of the terns hereof. <br />NO'.7, T'dE2:FORE, pursuant to the authority set forth in the Colorado wined <br />Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 34, C.R.S. 1973, as amended, (1976 <br />Sess.
