Box 1153
Meeker, CO 81641
Attn: Jim Joy
Re: White River Aggregates, Inc.
(Jack Paulson, Craig, CO) Permit Boundary Survey &
Gravel Pit Survey
Dear Jim:
As we discussed on the phone, Jack Paulson has incorporated a
business called White River Aggregates, Inc. The company has
purchased the gravel pit located on the northeast edge of Meeker
from White River Sand & Gravel, LLC (Ben E. Jensen).
White River Aggregates, Inc. needs to have the whole property
purchased from Jensen surveyed and the boundary pins set so we will
know the location of the property lines and where any fences should
be located. Also, the company needs to have pins and flags set for
the current sand and gravel permit boundaries.
For your information and to assist you, enclosed is a copy of
the warranty deed from White River Sand & Gravel, LLC to white
River Aggregates, Inc. which identifies the 16.9 acre parcel
purchased. There is an exception therefrom as noted in Book 529
iay^e SSC Of the public reC:': rdt C'~ I'=~^ 813^.^^ C^L'^ty. I do IIOt h~`.'°
a copy of said deed but you should be able to obtain one from the
clerk and recorder. I believe the excepted area is a small,
recently erected historical view area.
Also enclosed is a copy of the 110 permit for the gravel pit
along with a taped-together copy of a map of the permitted area.
The map has the legal description of the permitted area and other
information. The original survey was done by Jack Raley from
Meeker.
We received a report for the Colorado Division of Minerals and
Geology, (copy enclosed). They require that White River Aggregates
post the permit boundary markers by October 31, 1997 must send
photographs of the markers to the Division by November 5, 1997. It
is my understanding that the permit boundaries must be marked and
