INCORPORATION OF STATUTE: <br />Title 35, Article 5.5, Colorado Revised Statutes, shall be made a part of this <br />resolution and management plan, including definitions, duties, powers, limitations, <br />rights, penalties, costs, charges and review. A copy of the statute is attached, and <br />is identified as "Attachment A". <br />VI.
