SN 82-3 <br />A special use review is Hereby approved for a period of one <br />year for Elk Creek Gold Mines Company, for the urpose of <br />conducting mining operations upon the following desc ibed real <br />property located in Gilpin Coi:nty, Colorado: <br />Mackey No. 444, Amazon No. 12089, Franklin [Jo <br />120II9, Bell Boy No. 12089, Mineral Survey <br />Cronje No. 17508, Yellow Money #18977, locate <br />in Pine Mining District, N1/2 of Section 20, <br />Township 2 South, Range 73 West. <br />n <br />U <br />• <br />This review is non-transferable and is granted fo a period <br />of one year only from the date hereof. In the event the <br />permittee should desire to continue to engage in th activity <br />authorized hereby, the permittee shall apply for revie prior to <br />expiration hereof. This review is further subje t to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That all conditions stated in the Jul 22, 1982 <br />letter from the U.S. Forest Service signed by Tom Port'ce, shall <br />be met, a copy of said letter being attached to this S ecial Use <br />Review an3 incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. The permittee shall send a letter of inte t to each <br />adjoining property owner identified in the applic tion for <br />special use review, which letter shall be received by s id owners <br />on or before June 1, 1983. said letter of intent to i form such <br />persons of the permittee's intent to restore the "lower" road now <br />blocked by his operations, no later than July 1, 1983. <br />3. The permittee's operations shall be limit rl to five <br />trucks per day. <br />4. The permittee shall obtain all necessary approvals <br />from the Gilpin County Health Department for any 'ndividual <br />sewage disposal systems. <br />5.
