After completion of this area, the area south
of the right-of-way and east of the booster station location
will be mined by stages from east to west. After completion
of mining in the eastern areas both north and south of the
pipeline right-of-way, the booster station will be installed
and the remaining area to the west will be mined. The area
south of the pipeline right-of-way will be mined first and
the area north of the pipeline right-of-way will be mined
last. Mining stages will be approximately three years in
duration, except for Stages IV and Z which will be approxi-
mately four years and seventeen years in duration, respectively.
Each mining stage will be followed immediately by a correspond-
ing reclamation phase (see Exhibit E and map Exhibit F).
Stage Z is the plant site and stockpile area. Activity
will occur in this stage throughout the life of the mine.
After the last dredge stage is complete and the dredge
equipment is moved off-site and the sand and gravel plant
is removed, it is expected that most of Stage Z will be
excavated by dragline (see map Exhibit F). Should this
not be feasible at the time of execution, an alternate
plan calling for revegetation of the area will be implemented.
The {Yestern Slope Gas Company pipeline right-of-way,
t

1
containing one 16-inch high pressure gas line and one 10-inch
high pressure gas line, runs in a northwest-southeast direc-
tion across the property. The right-of-way is 50 feet wide.
8
