1 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF APPLICATION FILING FOR <br />A MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board and the "Colorado Mined Land Reclama- <br />tion Act" of 1976, H. B. No. 1065, notice is hereby given <br />that the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will meet to <br />consider an application by Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc., <br />1500 West 12th Street, P. O. Box 5183, T.A., Denver, <br />Colorado 80217, to conduct a surface mining operation for <br />sand and gravel on lands located in the SE/4 SW/4, Section 4; <br />E/2 NW/4; W/2 NE/4; NE/4 NE/4; and part of the SE/4 NE/4, Sec- <br />tion 9, Township 2 South, Range 67 West, 6th Principal T4er- <br />idian, Adams County, Colorado. <br />Mining and reclamation at this site will begin in 1978 and <br />is estimated to be completed in 1997.
