SOILS AND VEGETATION
The operator's contacts with the Soil Conservation
Service in Brighton and the subsequent response of the
Service (see addendum to Exhibit I/J) have been helpful
in developing the reclamation plan. The suggestions of
hir. Norman Wells, Jr. and his associates at the SCS have
been incorporated in the reclamation plan with only minor
variations (see Exhibit E).
