Connell will commit to capping the reclaimed amag with a minimum of .5 feet of topsoil and a minimum of .5 fcet of the silt and clay material. Annual Rye Grass was selected as a topsoil stocl~ile rover because Connell is not expecting to stockpile topsoil for more than one growing season. The concwrent reclamation process will be continually utilizing available topsoil. Connell will mix in Crested VVtteatgrbcs to sustain growth on the stockpiles for periods longer than one growing season. The mixture will be band broadcast at rate of 16 pounds per acre.
