Dear Mr. Weaver:
Upon reviewing our files it is apparent that Southfield Mine's mid-term review
was never finalized. However, it appears that the mine has satisfactorily
• addressed atl outstanding discrepancies, Therefore, the changes made to the
original permit application will be handled as a minor permit revision.
In order to expedite the process of finalizing the mid-term review, the mine
must submit an application form fora revision (see enclosure). When this
particular form is received, the Division will post its decision to approve
the minor revision (i.e., Mid-Term response) in this office for a 10 day
period. Assuming no comments are received during this 10 day period, the
mid-term review will be finalized.
