A sepa- <br />rate technical revision will be submitted regarding installation <br />of the rock dust system. <br />Attached is a narrative description of all drilling activities <br />subject to this request and a determination of the required bond. <br />Two maps are enclosed depicting drill site and access routes and <br />surface ownership. <br />We would request your prompt review and approval of the minor <br />revision request in order to initiate the project in September. <br />If you have any questions or require further information, please <br />do not hesitate to call me at your earliest convenience. <br />Sincerely. <br />Allen S.
