Deeklar in his inspection report of the <br />•• Southfield Mina on May 15. 1987. Two Concerns are listed in the <br />•. report involving the reluse pile and adjacent topsoils both are <br />addressed belov. <br />• <br />The first concern specifies that araa^ o! relvae which are clots <br />to inlringinq on in place or re-applied topsoil will be pulled <br />bank on er belors May T3. 1987. Ne completed she removal o! all <br />arras o! inlringinq raluse by the above required.date. <br />The second concern, euggested'as a minor revision submittal,, <br />involves establishing and 7~aintaining topsoil bu!!sr tones in <br />advance o! tM ntuss•pile and !or re-applied topsoil and subsoil. <br />In response, rs are submitting the attached insertion (S copies) <br />eo the above relereneed Colorado 7tining and Reclamation Posit. <br />This insertion addresses a1L concerns mentioned in the inspection <br />report !or both the immediate situation end !or the lile o! the <br />reluse pals operation.
