Provide a specification for the cements and grouts to be used in the completion and eventual <br />abandonment of [he monitoring and the injection/production wells at the Yankee Gulch Project. <br />Appendix C to the adequacy response provided by American Soda on May 13, 1999 contains confidential <br />information on the chemistry of the production fluid from test solution mining wells. It appears that [his <br />information may remain confidential under the provisions of Rule 1.3(3) because it relates to [he "nature of <br />the deposit." The DMG will address the confidential aspects of [he application in a separate letter [o be kept <br />in the confidential file for American Soda's application. This separate letter wiii be issued in the next few <br />days. The DIvIG will release its estimate of reclamation costs for the Yankee Gulch Project on or before <br />Monday May 31, 1999. Please provide the information requested in this letter related to cost estimating as <br />soon as possible so that it may be incorporated into the estimate.
