The average unconfined compressive strength was used <br />to determine the typical Mohr Failure Envelope and the average <br />unconfined compression strength minus one standard deviation was <br />used to determine the conservativa~7ohr -Failure Envelope. The <br />Mohr Failure Envelope for each of the formations having tested <br />data available are shown in Appendix A.
