These materials complete the submission of all <br />preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article <br />32 of Title 34, Section 34-32-110 and your application 15 now considered <br />filed pursuant to Rule 1.1(10)'of the Ruies and Regulations. The staff is <br />currently reviewing your application to determine whether the items you have <br />submitted are adequate, prior to consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. <br />Fe~iruarpyli2cbat2l.~n is te~l~~~ively scheduled to be heard by the Board on <br />You should commence publication of a Notice of Filing of this application <br />accordingly. For Limited Impact permit <br />applications, the final date for filing of ob,)ections, which must be stated to <br />the publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board <br />consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential Items, with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our office must <br />also be made 1n this local government copy. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board recommends that all mine operators check <br />compliance of their mining operation(s) with State water law.
