Therefore enclosed please <br />find the mining and reclamation permit far this operation. i have <br />also enclosed a copy of the reclamation bond as approved by our <br />Director. The application materials as submitted by you and the <br />correspondence that supplemented these materials are to be considered <br />an integral part of this permit and are incorporated therein by <br />reference. It is presumed that you have retained a copy of these <br />materials in your files, and thus they are not included with the <br />permit.
