However, you did not provide any documentation demonstrating <br />~~ that the landowner even wants the road. You need to obtain a letter, or some <br />other form of agreement, from the landowner which specifically requests <br />that the access road be left as-is when [Wining ceases. <br />e) Specify the reclamation treatment of the sediment control structure (berm). <br />f) Not applicable. <br />5.
