80221 , Telephone: [phone], has filed an application for a Mining and
Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act.
The proposed mine is located at:
Ni NE;, Section 16, Township 2 North, Range 68 West, Weld County
The proposed date of commencement is fall of 1983, and the proposed
date of completion is two to three years. The proposed future use of
the land is agricultural. Additional information and tentative hearing
