Their impact statement <br />(See Appendix 3) <br />2.04.4 page 1 <br />ncal impact <br />herein submitted. <br />Complete Archaeological Service Associates of Cortez, Colorado has prepared cultural <br />resource inventories which cover much of the permit area (See Appendices 3 (2)&(3)). Included <br />with CASA 97-45 is a letter from CASA archaeologist Nancy S. Hammack recommending that <br />no further inventories be required for National King Coal's subsurface mining operations in this <br />area (See Appendix 3(3). <br />Included as Appendix 3(4) is a letter from Mike Crawford denying <br />for the purpose of performing any archaeological studies. <br />Included as Appendix 3(5) is a letter from Richard Tipotsch denying <br />property for the purpose of performing any archaeological studies. <br />Included as Appendix 3(6) is a letter from Marshall Herrera denying <br />property for the purpose of performing any archaeological studies. <br />to his property <br />to his <br />to his <br />December 1999 <br />
