Any <br />substitution/replacement of the equipment as described above constitutes a violation of this permit <br />A revised Air Pollution Emission Notice (APEN) must be submitted prior to any separation, <br />substitutions, replacements, or additions. <br />2. This source shall be limited to a maximum processing rate as listed below and all other activities, <br />operational rates and numbers of equipment as stated in the application. Monthly records of the <br />actual producessing rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made available to the Division <br />for inspection upon request. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part B,I{I.A.4) <br />Loadout of coal shall not exceed 36,000 tons per day or 416,667 tons per month or 5,000,000 <br />tons per year. <br />During the first twelve (12) months of operation, compliance with both the monthly and yearly <br />production limitations shall be required. After the first twelve (12) months of operation, compliance <br />with only the yearly limitation shall be required. Compliance with the yearly production limits shall <br />be determined on a rolling twelve (12) month total. <br />• <br />29!49!4 <br />
