Gardner, the Vice- <br />President of the Corporation, is author- <br />ized to sign and execute, for and on <br />behalf of ;•Ihitewater Building Materials <br />Corporation, all applications, petitions, <br />contracts, correspondence and ary and all <br />other documents to be submitted to and <br />filed with the dine Land Reclamation Board <br />under the provisions of the Colorado Nline <br />Land Reclamation Act (Article 32 of Colorado <br />Revised Statues, 1973, as amended). <br />FURTHER RESOLVED: Edward b4. Gardner is <br />furtk3er authorized and empowered to repre- <br />sent and act for tdhitewater Building <br />Materials Corporation in any capacity in <br />connection with any acts or activities <br />with cr before the Mine Land Reclamation <br />Board under the provisions of the Colorado <br />Mine Land Reclamation and any acts taken <br />by Edward td.
