• ~%HIBIT N (Cont'd) <br />Renewal <br />Permit No. CO-0029092 <br />County: Mesa <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control <br />Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"), and the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Act (25-5-101 et. seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) <br />' Whitewater Building Materials Corporation, <br />is authorized to discharge from gravel pit operations at pit No. 500, <br />located at the intersection of the Gunnison River and Colorado Highway 141, <br />' io the Gunnison River and/or tributaries thereof, <br />in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />conditions set forth in Parts I, 11, and III hereof. . <br />This permit shall become effective thirty (30) days afier the date of <br />' receipt of this permit by the Applicant. Should the Applicant choose to <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other <br />"conditions contained herein, he must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS 1973 and <br />' the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System.
