The operator's contact with the Soil Conservation Serv-
ice in Grand Junction and the subsequent response of the
Service (see letter on following paves) h~.ve been mast help-
ful in developing the reclamation plan. The suggestions of
Mr. Lynn of the SCS have been followad in detail. Departures
from his suggestions occurred only when additional informa-
tion was obtained in conferences with Mr, btalone of the SCS.
