Those <br />kinds of events are corrected as a part of normal reclamation <br />maintenance. <br />Item 3c: Regarding the inclusion of Fringed Sage seed in the seed mix. <br />RESPONSE: The operator agrees to including 0.1 pound of Fringed Sage Seed in <br />the seed mixture. Could the Division please provide a list of some <br />suggested sources Por this seed so when it comes time to do the <br />seeding the operator can more easily locate a source? MosC standard <br />seed companies do not carry this seed and refer to it as a s~~eclalty <br />seed. <br />Item 4: Regarding the road on the East side oP the permit. <br />RESPONSE: The Southern end of this road probably will remain, but most of it <br />will be eliminated after reclamation is completed through the process <br />of creating the final slope on the East side of the pit. <br />Items 5 and 6: Regarding reclamation costs and bonding. <br />RESPONSE: We do not actually have any basis on which to conte:~t your <br />calculations of the reclamation costs. However, we refer you to our <br />response to the "Special Note" for Exhibit D. IP such a cost <br />adjustment is possible under the arrangement proposed, then the <br />operator is very willing to discuss such an arrangement. <br />EXHIBIT G: <br />Regarding legal right to enter. <br />RESPONSE: Anew legal right to enter signed by the landowner, is attached. <br />
