As I read the second <br />recitations of the Articles of Organization, the period of <br />duration for More Family Ranches, LLC was five years from the date <br />of formation. As the Articles of Organization were filed December <br />12, 1997, the LLC acts within the authority provided to the <br />Articles of Organization, but certainly such will have to be <br />extended by the fifth anniversary. <br />As you can see from the enclosed documents, the LLC has also acted <br />consistently with its obligation of filing biennial reports. <br />Hopefully, this satisfies your inquiries pertaining to the same. <br />If not, please advise. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ralph A.
