The expense <br />of obtaining said permits shall be borne by purchaser. Seller <br />makes no representations with regard to said permits. <br />This contract is expressly conditional upon purchaser's receipt <br />and review of a survey acceptable to purchaser. Cost of said <br />survey to be borne by purchaser. Seller shall provide any maps, <br />information, or any instruments in his possession that will <br />facilitate said survey work. <br />Seller warrants that property, when conveyed, will not be subject <br />to any leases, use agreements, rights-of-way, parking, mining, <br />logging or any other activities which would encumber the <br />property, except those public roads as shown on the Title <br />Documents. <br />Any current written lease agreements shall be made available <br />to purchaser for his review. <br />McCleneg n III <br />c <br />B end B Mines, by ohn B.
