Groundwater levels may fluctuate but the overall
groundwater gradient will be towards South Platte River on a nonheaslorly path.
- Modeling of the mining scenarios indicated that some water levels surrounding the site may decrease as mining
proceeds. Mitigation measures mentioned In Section 4.2 could help alleviate impacts to these wells.
• Groundwater levels immediately outside (west, south and nosh of the slurry wail) were estimated to increase by
approximately D•2 feet alter the site hes been reclaimed, as compared to Baseline Conditions.
- Groundwater levels lust east of the Site did not chango due to the South Platte River's prox~mlty to the Bile.
Groundwater levels will Iluctuate seasonally.
Grwnowaier 1!odet 9epcat -Hal ~.rwn Parker•Deraham Sde • 12 - Atnd 2eG~6
