<br />Company (t.rrantec), a Colorado mutual ditch cofltpany, wltose legal address is
<br />the following real property in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to wit:
<br />a pexmaneat rion-exclusive easement more folly described in the attached EXHISTT C-7
<br />for the operation, maintenance. repair and reel acement of the Smith and Emmons Ditch
<br />("Ditch'.
<br />Grantee shall have the right to use the easement for the putposca of installing,
<br />oonstruetiag, using, operating, maintaining, inspecting, repairing, altering, removing
<br />sad replacing the Ditch in whole or in port, and all nooeosary subsurface and surface
<br />appurtenances for the transportation of water sad the operation and control of a water
<br />pipeline on the property described in EXIIIBIT C-1; and of carting nad olearing irons,
<br />brash, debris and other obstructions that might interfere with the operation and
<br />maintenance of the Ditch or the Ditch's facilities.
