2.03.3 Format and Supplemental Information <br />(1) Information in the application shall be current, presented clearly and <br />concisely, and supported by appropriate references to technical and other <br />written material available to the Division. <br />(2) All tests, analyses or surveys carried out pursuant to these Rules <br />shall be performed or certified by a qualified person. <br />(3) All chemical and physical laboratory analyses shall be conducted by a <br />laboratory using approved and standardized procedures. The Division may <br />require the applicant to collect duplicate or split samples for submission to <br />the Division and later analysis.
