Pursuant to the requirements of Rule 2 05 St]_1.(y~ of the
• Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land ec ion Board for
coal mining, this letter is written to formally solicit the
comments of the Board of Land Commissioners,on the proposal of
Energy Fuels Corporation to return the area to be mined to the
postmining land uses of cropland and pastureland upon the
completion of mining operations. The State of Colorado is the
surface owner of the following described property in Routt
County, Colorado, within the proposed permit area:
