RE: Notice that you have not posted a Financial and/or Performance Wananty for your
approved Mined Land Reclamation Board Permit Application
Deaz Mr. Tuttle:
The Mined Land Reclamation Board (Boazd) has directed the Division to remind applicants
when they have not posted the required financial warranty and/or the performance warranty by
the 9th month of the application approval date.
As of the date of this notice, our records indicate that you have not posted the regt~t'red warranty
for your approved Mined Land Reclamation Board permit, file No. M-2001-090. If you do not
post the required warranty by September 11, 2003, (365 days from the date your application was
approved) you must be scheduled for a Formal Board Hearing according to the provisions of
Rule 4.1(2). At that hearing, the Boazd will reconsider the previous approval, which may include
denial, and may require you to comply with the public notice provisions and the public comment
period for new applications.
