01/22/1998 15:27 7194859
7
!.
s:
j Joseph W Dyjak
' P.O. Box 172
~` Beulah CO 81023
:;.
i.
To: Tony Waldren
Division of Minerals and Geology
TRUMEDIA
Dear Mr. Wcldren,
As a resident of the Siloam Rd. area, I have grave concerns about the
proposed Siloam Stone mining expansion. I do not feel a5 though I was
properly informed about the operation and its expansion. There are many
new residents of the area and many of them have questions about she
safety, and plans of the mine. There is also a great deal of confusion about
the future intentions of the mining operation. Most of the local residents
who are directly affected by this expansion believe they have been
purposely misled by Ferd Muler, as to not object io the current plans. I
would have liked to been part of the discussion on these matters, and in the
future would like better notification. I hope this matter will not be given
final approval until all of the residents have a chance to have an input.
Thank you.
Sincerely;
eph W y~a~
PAGE B2
