Exhibit D <br />Reclamation plan <br />Reclamation of the site will consist of replacing excavated areas with on site materials in <br />a 3 to 1 slope. The mining that will take place will establish a fairly level site over a <br />broad area with the north and east sides sloped 3 to 1. The slopes will be covered with 6 <br />inches of topsoil stockpiled on site, and then seeded to reestablish native grassland. <br />Overburden will be replaced on an ongoing basis proceeding from west to east across the <br />site. <br />Top soil will be placed over the reclamation slopes and then disced and broadcast seeded <br />to reestablish the native type grasses present prior to mining.
