and that the potential uses of the ground and surface water systems affected by <br />the mining will not be changed. <br />The parameters analyzed for at each monitoring site as well as monitoring <br />frequencies are presented in Tab 13, Hydrologic Monitoring Plan. The location <br />of each monitoring site can be seen on Figure 13-1 (Tab 13). <br />Water quality data analysis techniques that may be used to assess whether <br />impacts to the hydrologic balance have occurred include both graphical and <br />statistical methods. Graphical analysis techniques include trilinear and <br />Schoeller plots and nonparametric trend plots. Statistical analyses include <br />ordinary moment statistics and nonparametric statistics.
