Please note
the item numbers correspond to items listed in your letter.
6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands
2. As we have mentioned, the maps depict the exact locations of the "known easement
boundaries for such structures." The maps already reflect the minimum setbacks from the
easement boundary, rather than the pipelines.
3. Hall-Irwin is committed to complying with Division requirements (as well as other federal, state
and local rules and regulations). If configurations change, Hatt-Irwin will apply for either a
Technical Revision or an Amendment, as required by the Division,
6,4.4 EXHIBIT D -Mining Plan
4. Hall-Irwin will submit a copy of the Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC)
Plah as a Technical Revision, prior to disturbance at the site.
The temporary stockpile locations are already shown on the Mining Plan Map. The stockpiles
in the processing area will contain material that can be sold. The stockpiles within the oil and
gas setbacks will be used for reclamation. We estimate that during phase three, there will be
about 535,000 cubic yards of overburden and 16,000 cubic yards of topsoil that will be
available for final reclamation. It is unclear to us however, how this corresponds with Section
6.4.4(d); which states, "The mining plan shall supply the following information, correlated with
the affected lands, map(s) and timetables: ,,.the size of area(s) to be worked at any one time."
1
HALL°1 RWIN
coRroaa;r~oN
Gym l:RV~, fY. 1'u Y1LORA Op BC531 • P.O, BOX 519 GaE6LCY.
