Atten- <br />tion will have to be paid to mining close to the coal outcrop. CWI will rot <br />be mining close to coal outcrop in the initial permit term, and will study <br />proper design as described in Q~al Oatcrop Barrier Pillar Proposal in the <br />pillar Stability Import, Volume 2. <br />N7 repairs are currently required, but procedures ~+ould be developed if <br />studies show outcrop barrier pillar problems are anticipated. <br /> <br />
