Are there plans to haul the materials off <br />site for screening and crushing? Your statement on paragraph one states "screening or <br />crushing and screening system (probably on site) for processing into desired products". If <br />off site processing is going to take place, would the area be added to the present permit? <br />Please explain. <br />Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />1) It is the understanding of the Division from your statement on page E-1 that a minimum of <br />6" of top soil will be spread through out the affected area. <br />2) On page E-2 it is stated "The applicant will carry reclamation to completion with all <br />reasonable diligence. No phasing as such is proposed." However, the permit application <br />is for 160 acres with maximum disturbance of 30 acres at any given time. The financial <br />warranty was also calculated for maximum disturbance of 30 acres. On page E-~, on the <br />last paragraph it is stated "As explained earlier, a maximum of 100 acres will be affected. <br />Reclamation will follow mining as closely as possible and will probably encompass ~ - 10 <br />
