Box 270 <br />Lamar, Colorado 81052 <br />Re: Well Field Pit - File No. M-84-154 <br />Dear Mr. Thrailkill: <br />mark: Thanks For your help on <br />this permit. <br />,.~ . `_ <br />With the receipt of the letter of credit and the accompanying financial <br />warranty form, the warranty package for the Well Field Pit now becomes <br />complete. Therefore, enclosed please find two signed originals of the mining <br />permit for this operation. The date of issuance of the permit is December 10, <br />1984, the date on which the financial warranty was received. Please have the <br />mayor of Lamar, Mr. Joe Reichard, sign each permit in the space indicated, <br />having his signature notarized, in each case. Then, retain one original <br />permit for your files and return the other to us within two weeks. <br />Please be advised that all of your original application materials, as well as <br />any subsequent adequacy submissions by you, are considered an integral part of <br />tfte permit for this operation and are incorporated by reference. It is <br />presumed that you have a copy of all of these materials; therefore, none has <br />been enclosed with this mailing. <br />I have also enclosed all of the first financial warranty submittal package. <br />These documents were replaced by the letter of credit and financial warranty <br />document referenced above.
