RECEIVING STRE.~1: <br />In addition, outfall 019 is the monitoring <br />point for the calculated total flows from <br />outfalls 001, 005, and 007. <br />Outfalls 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 015, 016, <br />017, and 018 have been previously deleted. <br />Outfall 014 was previously deleted from <br />this permit and transferred to the Twenty <br />Mile Coal permit (CO-0036684). <br />Refer to the previous amendment rationales <br />and renewal rationale for further <br />information on the facility discharge <br />points and facility flow values. <br />A. Identification, Classification and Standards <br />1. Identification: The discharges go to Foidel Creek, Fish Creek, <br />• and Middle Creek (Segment 13b), which are tributary to Trout <br />Creek. Trout Creek is tributary to the Yampa River. Segment <br />13b includes Middle Creek and Trout Creek from its confluence <br />with Middle Creek to its confluence with Fish Creek. <br />2. Classification: Segment 13b is classified for the fallowing <br />uses: Recreation, Class 1; Aquatic Life, Class 1 (Cold); <br />Agriculture. <br />3. Numeric Standards: The standards which have been assigned in <br />accordance with the above classifications can be found in 3.3.7 <br />Classifications and Numeric Standards for the Upper Colorado <br />River Basin and North Platte River (Planning Region 12) (5 Cr?. <br />1002-8), as amended July 6, 1988. <br />B. Receiving Water Data <br />1. Stream Low Flow: Not Applicable for this amendment. <br />IV.
